We are hiring for the role of Human Resources Consultant

Job Location and type: Mohali Industrial Area Phase 8B Sector 75, Hybrid Role

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Multi-Functional hiring at Mid and Senior levels for our clients PAN India

· Manage the entire recruitment process end to end for the clients

· Understand the Job Description

· Head Hunt the right candidates from the database /portals

· Discuss the job role and align them for the role

· Line-up the candidate for interview and coordinate for scheduling

· Ensure candidate turn-ups for interviews

· Co-ordinate the paper work for offer discussion with the shortlist candidate

· Ensure the smooth joining of the selected candidate.

ELIGIBILITY

· Excellent English communication skills required

· Familiar with sourcing techniques.

· Exceptional record-keeping skills.

PAY STRUCTURE
• INR 17,000 - INR 20,000 (Basic Monthly Salary) + Incentives + Performance Bonus
