Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive r to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of generating sales leads or appointments. The Telecaller will also handle incoming calls from customers to address their inquiries and provide information about our products or services.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospects to promote our products or services.
• Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.
• Handle incoming calls from customers and provide assistance or information as needed.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
