Job Description
• Proficient in predictive tools like TPM, Condition based monitoring, vibration analysis, , online monitoring, Early warning systems etc.
• Experience in maintenance processes and models e.g. Reactive, Preventive, Predictive ability based maintenance, spares management, Inventory control etc.
• Competent Knowledge of machine design, pneumatic, hydraulics, digital tools, control systems, interfaces with various functional elements of the machine
• Competent Knowledge of financial concepts and cost analysis (Fixed cost, variable cost, VA, ... etc.)
• Competent Knowledge of QMS e.g. EMS standards, processes, Shop floor Management (SFMC), Ergonomics, Lean concepts
• Possess strong organizational skills to lead, negotiation, conflict management, communication & collaboration
• Knowledge in SAP, product and process knowledge
• Knowledge on MES and also on emerging technology, innovations, Digital competency... More Detail
