The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

- Prepare, review and closure follow up of MIS of all departments.

- Audit BIS, ISO, GMP, BRC, FSSAI, FSMS- Internal (CPP, Feed, Hatchery, Micro lab, Farms)

- External audit coordination and closure follow up as well as certifications.

- Preparing and follow up of RCA/CAPA of all departments.

- Training to all departments regarding quality SOPs/Certifications/Audit clauses.

- Innovations trainings, follow up and review of implementations

- customer complaint handling and third party/vendor audits and certifications.

Qualifications
• BSc/MSc Food technology OR BSc/MSc chemistry
• 12+ years' relevant work experience
