Reporting to the Director of Governance, Corporate Secretary and Privacy Officer, the Executive Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating a variety of corporate activities, which include preparation of resolutions, minutes, alterations to articles and by-laws, correspondence, and maintenance of corporate files. The Executive Coordinator is results oriented, with a proven ability to work collaboratively and exercise good judgement, and focused on attention to detail, with superior written and verbal communication. Administrative and organizational skills are essential.
