Job description

Our client is seeking a full time Contracts Manager within the off-Cloud Support Renewals organization. The role includes the preparation, negotiation, administration, and management of existing and prospective customer contracts. Position supports the Support Renewals and Sales teams as well as the Legal Department, and requires an organized and articulate individual who exhibits a strong attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be innovative in solving business problems and challenges, coordinate business and legal issues and questions, follow-up on responses with other departments within the organization, and be energetic, focused and results oriented with a high level of integrity and honesty.
