Job Description

Arcadis is seeking at Technical Director Municipal Roadway Engineering to join our Design and Engineering Ontario team. This position joins our Mobility Global Business Area (GBA). You will be responsible for running and building the firm's municipal roadway engineering practice. This is a senior role that will involve developing and implementing a strategic plan to expand the firm’s practice to deliver top-quality engineering projects to existing and new clients.

This role is a combination of technical leadership and operational management. In addition, you will also involve participating in management discussions of the firm and direction of the firm.

Day to day activities within this role will involve hiring of staff and managers, leading and mentoring of staff, visiting multiple Arcadis offices to work with various teams, management of the team, and coordination with other teams within Arcadis.
