Are you a service-oriented individual seeking a dynamic job in a fast-paced environment? As a Card Fraud Specialist, your primary responsibility is to handle card and ATM offenses. You’ll be involved in settling claims, managing disputed transactions, and addressing customer complaints that fall outside of regular operational business. Additionally, you’ll document cases, secure evidence, and independently process requests related to card and ATM offenses. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as customers, public authorities, and legal representatives, will be a crucial part of your role.
