Operations Manager

The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all company assets, including sites and vessels, while adhering to relevant regulations, policies, and standards. He/she assists in providing support to the Operations team in implementing and monitoring leadership, mentoring, problem solving and support for Operations Department members, both ashore and at sea.

Required Skills:
• Fluent in English, both written as well as spoken
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced office setting.
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
• Demonstrate ability to share skills and knowledge with others.
• Lead the achievement of quality and delivery of excellent performance in the company.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 year of related experience and/or exposure and training in similar function
• Graduate or diploma holder
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
