Job Overview
• Instructing employees on occupational safety issues and ensuring and guaranteeing compliance with safety regulations
• Technical and disciplinary supervisor (m/f/d) of all employees in the production of individual plastic parts (approx. 30 employees)
• Controlling the deployment of employees
• Advising, instructing and informing employees about duties, tasks, responsibilities and changes in the work process
• Carrying out the performance appraisal of subordinate employees
• Scheduling and technical monitoring and control of the workflow
• Eliminating operational disruptions in cooperation with other departments
• Initiating maintenance, informing superiors about defects and their elimination
• Optimizing and improving production processes
