Requirements :
• A degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge in one of the SAP modules (SD, PM, MM, SRM, Central Procurement, or Ariba)
• Practical experience in customer consulting and requirements management as well as customization
• Good knowledge of logistical SAP processes and project management
• Willingness to familiarize oneself with additional SAP modules
• Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and customer-oriented actions

Responsibilities :
• Serving as a competent point of contact to support customers and demonstrating expertise in consultation and 2nd + 3rd level support
• Easily creating implementation concepts and carrying out customization, documentation, and development project proposals
• Utilizing expertise to contribute to project outcomes, designing customer workshops, and efficiently leading them
