We are seeking a talented Teaching Assistant to make a difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs. If you have experience working with children on a 1:1 basis and are confident in communication, we want to hear from you!
The Role

Providing 1:1 support to students with SEND, ensuring they receive personalised attention and assistance
Collaborating with the classroom teacher and other support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Assisting students with sensory or speech impairments in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
Monitoring and recording student progress and behaviour, and reporting any concerns or observations to the classroom teacher or SENDCO

An Enhanced DBS check, demonstrating suitability to work with children and young people.
Previous experience working within a school setting, preferably with children on a 1:1 basis
