Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the production team to achieve set production targets..
• Part of the Supply Chain Leadership Team, providing ideas and suggestions and aiding decision making to establish and deliver short and long-term business goals.
• Manage production with most efficient utilization of the available sources for production: raw materials, packaging materials, manpower, machine utilization, energy, water based on approval budget.
• Develop and lead the implementation of appropriate cost saving ideas for production operations. Generate and lead the implementation of ideas for continual process improvement.
• Building the annual operation plan (AOP) and forecast for production based on the sales demand
• Monitor product quality and identify and resolve production issues.
• Conduct training and development for production staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
