Experience: 1-3 years in Real Estate Sales
Responsibilities:
● Responsible for generating revenue by selling digital space.
● Managing sales plans and strategies to achieve target goals of real estate residential and commercial projects.
● Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets
● Aggressively doing cold calling, project/property visits and client meetings.
● Responsible for achieving the quarterly and annual sales goals.
● Monitoring the market, competitor products and activities, and providing detailed sales forecasting.
● Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.
● Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
● Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
