Job Description

You build a trust based, long term relationship with our key customers at C-Suite, cluster and Head of Department level and end users in the North Eastern part of the Netherlands. You will be responsible for development and implementation of an account strategy and tactics, realization of customer OIT and Sales targets and overall customer satisfaction. Further, you will anticipate the customers’ needs, be the first point of contact for all key customer matters and ensure deadlines for customers are met. For complex deals involving multiple businesses from one or multiple clusters you will lead, manage and drive the sales process to success, supported by the relevant Modality Sales Specialists, Clinical Application Specialists and Services Account Managers.
