SandtonEndress+Hauser South Africa is looking for a talented and self-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Support Administrator to support the Sales & Strategic Business Departments in the execution of their respective administrative duties.
Job Specification:
The primary objectives include, but not limited to:
Vendor Management Administration
• Act as focal point for coordination of Vendor, Contracts & Contractor Resource Management throughout the Region
• Coordinating with the Head of Department: Sustainability to assist in securing all appropriate governance to support external vendors,
• Administer the Vendor Master Inbox, review vendor documentation to ensure all required forms are complete, detailed, and accurate.
• Manages appropriate level of ongoing vendor database, monitoring and vendor management plans, performance, compliance, and remediation.
• Manage the Central Supplier Data base (CSD), SAP Ariba, Coupa and marketplaces.
