Purpose - Manage and monitor the implementation of the Company's Environment, Health, Safety and Risk policies. To ensure that the Company and its Contractors comply with the requirements of

legislation by monitoring contractor SHER compliance, attend and report at safety meetings and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance by conducting site audits.

Responsibilites:
• Staff safety induction training & annual refresher.
• Coordinate internal and external audits as per respective ISO manuals requirements
• Capture all incidents on insight
• Conduct Incident Investigations & compile reports.
• Ensure that legal appointment are up to date
• ISO manuals -develop and implement SHE as per ISO 45000
• Update, sustain and report on SHER compliance to management and provide advice in line with standards and regulations.
• Assess SHER strategies and targets for improvement
• Monthly Safety Statistics report and load on Insight –
