**Main General Role**
- To ensure the cleanliness of guestrooms and public area are maintained, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to standard required by the hotel.
- Paying attention to details by keeping the standard of rooms and public area cleanliness and product maintenance adhering to standard required by the hotel.
• *Technical Role**
- Reports to the Operations Office before the start of shift to collect rooms master key, rooms report, rooms assignment list and any other special instructions.
- Priority for cleaning the rooms would be as follows unless otherwise instructed:
a. Touch up check-in rooms;
b. Occupied rooms;
c. Check out rooms; and

d. Touch up vacant rooms.
- Responsible for the full replenishment of supplies for housekeeping trolley.
- Maintains all other equipment in good conditions.
- Dust all surfaces from high to low areas.
- Vacuum / shampoo carpets as assigned.
- Cleaning / rubbering / scrubbing / resealing floors in public and rooms areas.
