Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our telecalling team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, introducing them to our products/services, and persuading them to engage with our offerings. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from our database.
• Introduce products/services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
• Persuade customers to schedule appointments, attend demos, or make purchases.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for call volume, leads generated, and conversions.
