This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Recruiter. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. You will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including posting job ads, coordinating interviews, and providing feedback to candidates. Additionally, you will engage with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a recruiter
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting process
• Familiarity with recruiting software and databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively evaluate and assess candidates
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
