To enhance our team, we seek a HSE Technician for Gäufelden, responsible for the following tasks:

Your responsibilities include:
• Supporting and driving the implementation of EHS strategies concerning occupational health and workplace safety, with a focus on behavioral-based safety and EHS culture transformation.
• Conducting analyses to identify common incident causal factors and trends, and developing/implementing initiatives targeting those factors, vulnerabilities, and trends.
• Conducting internal benchmarking to identify best practices and participating in the development and implementation of EHS performance standards.
• Monitoring regulatory requirements and managing the approval and tracking of EHS strategic initiatives.
