Job Title Territory Manager France Job Description : Primary Purpose_ Provide strong commercial business insight to sustain and improve dealer’s sales, revenue and profit development. To increase sales coverage, participation and closure of the distributors in territory, pursue new dealer opportunities to improve the current area coverage or coverage quality. Collaborate with the Dealer Business Development team to enhance country/territory performance. Achieve agreed market share, volume, discount and unit (CB, WH & BT if applicable) sales profitability targets within a defined territory, through the development and implementation of the dealer annual business plan. For assigned dealers, be the main point of contact for all commercial questions regarding unit sales. Provide a high level of professional sales skills and product knowledge within the dealership by providing coaching of the dealer’s sales force and drawing on the key departments of HYG.
