• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with kidney diseases, including medical history review, physical examination, diagnostic tests, and interpretation of laboratory results.
• Establish accurate diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, glomerular diseases, electrolyte imbalances, hypertension, and other renal disorders.
• Manage patients undergoing dialysis, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, by monitoring treatment adequacy, addressing complications, and optimizing dialysis outcomes.
• Provide pre-transplant evaluation, donor selection, immunosuppressive therapy management, and long-term post-transplant care for kidney transplant recipients.
