Job Responsibility
• Plan, procure, and manage raw materials for new product development.
• Coordinate with sales and other departments to deliver product samples to customers smoothly.
• Conduct sensory evaluations (e.g., observational studies, texture analysis, taste profiling) during product development.
• Create ingredient lists and specification checklists for new products.
• Troubleshoot formulas and continuously improve existing formulas and processes.
• Manage R&D raw material inventory by logging and removing expired items.
• Maintain safe and hygienic conditions in the R&D Lab, ensuring equipment is well-maintained.
• Keep records of all R&D-related documents.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by superiors or management.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in food science, food engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of food research and development experience
• Required Language: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
