INTRODUCTION

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant & Office Admin to join our fast-growing organization who can handle the management of our entire accounting process and provide support to our on-site team in our office in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Request, track, and pay invoices for company purchases
• Reconcile all accounting transactions in our accounting software (Xero)
• Prepare accounting, tax, other official company documents, and reimbursement documents
• Collaborate with external vendors for procurement and generate withholding tax certificates as required
• Coordinate with our external accounting contact for various tasks
• Organize, log, and manage all offline bills per our accounting requirements
• Manage employee payments and reimbursements
• Make office-related purchases such as hardware, furniture, and office equipment
• Tracking and management of office hardware
