We are a leading casting exporter in India and having our corporate office at Mudalipalayam, Coimbatore. Currently we are looking a FEMALE candidate for a position of Customer Service Executive who can act as a single point of contact for Customer handling.

Designation : Customer Service Executive

Experience : 3 - 6 Years if it is in an industrial organization handling Sales or Marketing appreciable.

Education : Any Graduate

Job Description:

1. Single point of contact for Customer Handling

2. Follow System and complete the Tasks on time

3. Enter and analyze the flow of parts (from Customer PO to Dispatch)

4. Update the necessary records on time the data such as POs, Invoices, Warehouse releases etc.

5. Do Warehouse releases to Customers

6. Prepare Shipping documents to Customer

7. Issue PO or Requirement to Suppliers and/or internally

8. Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
