JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce them to our dairy products and services.
• Providing information about product features, prices, and benefits.
• Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries and complaints.
• Generating leads and maintaining a database of customer contacts.
• Following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Achieving goals set by the company.
• Keeping accurate records of calls and sales activities.
