Responsibilities:

General Accounting:
• Generate export and domestic invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Post journal vouchers and process purchase bills through the company's system.
• Ensure prompt vendor payments and maintain vendor reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain daily cash and sales reports for management review.
• Analyze and compile product-wise sales data for strategic decision-making.
• Conduct monthly stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Additional Accounting Tasks:
• Reconcile inter-unit (branch) transactions to maintain consistency.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors during audit processes.
• Track and manage employee salary advances and reimbursements.
• Verify and post employee salaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile bank statements and handle cash transactions efficiently.
