Position: Asst.Manager / Manager - HR

Location: Krishnagiri

The HRM will be responsible for the HR activities in the assigned region with focus on recruitment.

Key Responsibilities/Functions

Recruitment/Talent Acquisition:
• Collaborate with various unit/functional heads on a regular basis and close the open positions with-in TAT
• Responsible to fill vacancies as per approved budgets for all critical positions
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job boards or by using network through industry contacts
• Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
• Proactively maintain adequate pipeline of candidates for critical positions

HR Operations
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs
• Advice the management for an appropriate resolution of employee relations issues, if any
