Position: Maintenance Manager

Job Description
• Maintain and update the asset master
• Monitor performance of the vendors against defined SLAs
• Ensure compliance to defined SLA/KPIs
• Execute OM activities for inside plant electronics (ISP)
• Ascertain compliance to health, safety, environment and fire policies
• Propose and implement energy optimization initiatives
• Provide leadership to outsourced infrastructure maintenance team
• Coordinate with network operations center for network management
• Ensure adherence to quality management standards
• Ascertain compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance standards for fibre and utility equipment
• Maintain reliability of optical fiber network, uptime of fiber and utility equipment
• Collaborate with infrastructure maintenance core team to maintain network performance and upgrade

Mandatory Keyskills
• Knowledge of OSS and Sap - Pm and Mm modules
