We are seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager (Generalist) to join our team in Siolim, North Goa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality industry, with 7-8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
• SOPs and Policies Creation:
• Create and manage employment policies including hiring, joining, leave, appraisal, holidays etc. for the brand.
• Implement the policies across all levels within the organisation

Recruitment and Selection:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for real estate and hospitality roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Joining Formalities and Documentation:
• Oversee the completion of joining formalities for new hires, including the preparation and maintenance of all necessary documentation.
