Requirements :
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or similar qualification
• Proficient knowledge in one of the following SAP modules : SD, PM, MM, SRM, Central Procurement, or Ariba
• Practical experience in customer consulting, requirement management, and customizing
• Good understanding of logistical SAP processes and project management
• Willingness to familiarize oneself with additional SAP modules
• Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and customer-oriented approach

Responsibilities :
• Providing competent support to customers and demonstrating expertise in consulting and 2nd + 3rd level support
• Maintaining focus on customer requirements and ensuring continuous development of customer solutions
• Easily creating realization concepts and actively engaging in project-oriented work
• Contributing expertise to projects, designing customer workshops, and effectively leading them
