Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Century 21 Guyana. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities including prospecting, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for managing a sales team, setting sales targets, and tracking performance.

• Proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
