As an Accounts and Administration Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting both the finance and administrative functions of our organization. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Our office is located at Kalamna Mandi, Nagpur (Maharashtra).
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing clients, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with the finance team.
• Assist with payroll processing, including calculating salaries, taxes, and deductions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
