We are searching for a passionate and experienced Training Manager to join our Learning and Development (LD) department.

In this role, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering impactful training programs specifically for our Bancassurance Channel candidates focused on the Tele Sales vertical. You will be responsible for equipping these future sales professionals with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's success.
