Role Description
• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for performing various day-to-day tasks related to HR management, including implementing and enforcing HR policies and handling employee files.

Qualifications
• Applicants MUST be duly registered as an HR Practitioner in Kenya
• Must be fully conversant with the current Kenya Employment Act
• Experience in drafting, implementing and enforcing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits and benefits administration
• Experience with staff hiring, recruitment, onboarding and termination
• Knowledge and experience with the OSH act plus workplace safety requirements
• Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
