Education & Experience
• High Level Business English proficiency is a must.
• Minimum of High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Key Account Management areas
• Customer service and/or Key Account Management experience in a Logistics, Distribution Center and/or 3PL environment is preferred
• Experience with EDI/ERP/TMS and warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Proactive and problem-solving oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, demanding environment.
• KPI and metrics oriented
• Strong Microsoft Office Knowledge (Excel, Power Point, Word etc.)
• Effective communication skills
• Identify client requirements and propose internal capabilities and resources to meet client's needs
