Our Client, a leader in the chemical hygiene solutions is seeking a dedicated Technician & Technical Trainer to join their team in the Retail & Food Service sector. The role will provide technical support as well as comprehensive onsite training solutions in personal hygiene and product usage to customers. The primary objective will be to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service and support tailored to their specific needs.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site client training on product usage, application, and safety adhering to SLA. Conduct site inspections, equipment installations, and maintenance. Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely reporting. Keep operations manuals and training materials up to date.

Qualifications

Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF equivalent

Accredited Certificate in Electrical and or mechanical engineering
