Greetings, we are a family of 4 with two school aged children ages 6 & 9 (7 & 10 this summer). My kids love to create science experiments, read, swim, build with magnets and lego, play board games, ride there bikes, be outdoors, watch movies and play video games (with content & time restrictions from mom!).

They know that respect is a must, and that asking for what they are needing / wanting or thinking is always allowed and encouraged - they just don't get what they want all the time : ) As a last note, my son who will be 10 in July has Autism.

He is very high functioning but has some rigid thinking and needs physical / mental breaks more often then the average person.
