We at Deftsoft are looking for vigorous professionals to join our team.

The candidate must have experience in the conversion of leads. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong technical skills and possess good negotiation skills. The candidate should be comfortable working in the Night Shifts.

Responsibilities
• Knowledge of online bidding through B2B web portals like Freelancer, Up work, Guru, PPH etc.
• Knowledge of Web Technologies is a plus.
• Able to develop effective working relationship with clients through regular meetings/interactions.
• Should identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
• Awareness of current and continual changes in the marketplace to be able to properly screen prospective accredited clients.
