• Daily posting of Job Ads (at least 3 Art Cards / Day in Facebook and at least 1 Art Cards / Day in Linked In).
• 300 Leads / Month (10 Leads / Day) through Social Media (output to be presented in a database format with details such as name, position applied, key skill set / competencies based on profile, CV, educational background, company affiliation and contact information). (Monthly Reporting)
• Responding to all inquiries via messenger (Daily).
• Developing standard Art Cards and standard caption for the following:
• Job Fair
• On Ground Recruitment
• Monthly List of Vacancies
• Number of Career Opportunities / Month
• Career Advice
• Inspirational Career Quote
• New Hire Segment
• FAQs on Recruitment Process
• Refresher of External TA Programs: Talent Scout and RAP
• Other Art Cards which may be needed for posting in our Social Media Channels.
• Create a Monthly Social Media Calendar and plot content for the same (Monthly Reporting).
