We are currently looking for a Chef de Rang to join our service team of MICHELIN restaurant Julemont.

Our Chef de Rang ensures that the team is delivering an exceptional level of service with great attention to detail and outstanding guest service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• greet all guests and their requests in a friendly and efficient manner
• ensure regular guests are recognized and greeted accordingly
• have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu, knowledge about cheeses and wine is a plus
• Preparation of the mise en place for lunch and dinner
• serving our dishes in an appropriate way and according to our rules
• proactive and positive working attitude
• sense of responsibility
• fluent in English and/or Dutch
