Summary

Monitoring of security systems, CCTV, accesses, etc. Emergency response and response to emergencies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Operate fire alarm control panels for all buildings and who to contact in case of emergency.
• Must be knowledgeable in the use of the CCTV system, master the basic operation of viewing, recording and its use.
• Control and verify all company ingress and egress, employees, visitors, vendors and contractors.
• Report any unusual activity detected through monitoring or other means, generate appropriate reports.
• Attending to the different alarms that the security systems throw as well as the failures or opportunities for improvement that may arise.
• Monitoring of GPS units when required.
• Support for loaning keys for Office, lockers, desks, etc. as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by the supervisor.
