Role Description

-This is a full-time role as a Draftsperson.

-The Draftsperson will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, Architectural working drawings, Interior detail drawing and plans for construction projects.

-Should be skilled in minute detailing of design

-Prepare permission drawings.

-The Draftsperson will also contribute to the development of design concept and coordinate with project teams.

Requirements

-Minimum 3-5 experience.

-Expertized in AutoCAD software and other drafting tools.

-Experienced in creating drawing for luxury residential projects above 4000 Sqft.

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.

-Knowledge of construction and architectural principles.
