Job Purpose :

To carry out the professional duties of a teacher, teaching all areas of the primary curriculum , as circumstances may require and in accordance with the school's policies under the direction of the Management.

Responsibilities :

To take responsibility for teaching a class or small groups, adhering to the teacher standards, ensuring each pupil makes the best possible progress in their learning;

To take key responsibility for the well- being and safety of the students in the class, and for ensuring good standards of behavior;

To work closely with teachers and leaders across the school to co-ordinate and promote children's co-curricular activities and to organize and deliver events in a timely and organized way.

To adhere to all the school's policies and practices;

To maintain a tidy, well- managed and attractive learning environment, in which learning resources are clearly displayed and available to all;
