Responsibilities:

•Visiting potential villages for meeting farmers & dealers on regular basis, building up reference farmers
•Providing Training, Promotional & Technical Support to dealers
•Helping farmers in plot layout/Design & Cost estimates
•Providing Technical support during the Installation
•Organize promotional activities

Background and Skills:
•1-4 years relevant experience in sales in Agri Input Industry
•Diploma/BSC (Agriculture)/ any graduate
•Self-Driven & result oriented, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
•Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time within assigned territories
•Ability to handle issues, challenges & doubts, Strong MS office skills
•Fluency in local language, English

Desired Extras:
•Experience in identifying grass-root level sales of micro-irrigation
•A passion for addressing the needs of small-plot farmers
