POSITION PURPOSE:

Septimatech Group Inc. is looking for an accounting coordinator to join our team. The responsibility of the accounting coordinator is to ensure that all accounting functions related to accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll are performed on a timely basis, which includes the resolution of any discrepancies or inquiries, processing invoices and payments within the timeframe, providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and reports

• Assist the Controller/Accounting Team Coordinator with month and year end accounting commitments including, but not limited to, scanning and publishing of financials

• Post purchase and payments from external parties, such as vendors, clients, or lenders

• Post daily receipts to subsidiary ledger, while ensuing ledgers are maintained and kept up to date
