OUTER is a cultural organisation based in Berlin. We organise the Berlin Atonal festival and its related projects.

We are a small team and are looking to grow by implementing an internship programme which will involve competent and motivated young people in our core team, and allow them to experience the inner workings of a innovative creative team.

Tasks would include:
• Participating with the creative team and external designers to help create and refine a design language for an upcoming project
• Liaising with press and artists to adapt visual assets for specific communications needs
• Liaising with venue and production to adapt visual assets for specific on-site needs
• Working with social media and communications team to iterate content for social platforms
• Work with local printers and manufacturers to produce printed materials

A successful applicant would probably:
• Be based in Berlin with English and some German language ability.
