• *Prepare reports**:
- Produce weekly / monthly and quarterly internal reports in line with business requirements
- Checking for data integrity and accuracy in the Salesforce and Power BI Database
• *Partnerships activations**:

- Assist partnership managers create new marketing campaigns and activities
- Support Partnerships Team in execution of campaigns and on-site events
- Create advertorials and content aligned with partnership managers and Marketing
• *Manage budget and POs**:

- Ongoing follow up of the departmental budget including associated documentation such as New Supplier Forms and reforecasts are implemented
- Process invoices for payment by raising purchase orders and goods received notes from the team
