What you can expect:
• You solve complex problems: from initial idea (product discovery, ideation, user research, mockups) to production-ready designs (pixel-perfect UI, prototype)
• You drive UX / UI decisions in a cross-functional team to ensure usability and consistency across our digital touchpoints
• Formulate good design decisions and be open to critical feedback
• Analyze user behavior based on data and derive hypotheses and optimizations
• Identify problems in the UX (user experience) in order to learn from them and define optimizations
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions

Requirements
• Appropriate design experience in a native app environment, ideally in an e-commerce environment
